Criminal record check
We obtain and hold the criminal record check for the officer coming to your home; you are told before the visit that it has been done. If an outside tradesperson is coming, theirs too.
Body-camera recording
The visit is recorded from start to finish, kept for 30 days and sent to you on request.
Report within 6 hours
As soon as the visit ends, your photo PDF report arrives by email and WhatsApp.
Key protocol
Your key is numbered, carries no address, and is handed over and returned against a signed record.
No spending without approval
When we find a problem we send photos and an estimated cost first; nothing is done until you approve it.

The bottom of the range is the job at its shortest, the top at its longest. Everything listed below is already inside the range; the survey turns it into a single figure that does not change afterwards.
Your price is fixed: the figure in your contract does not change for at least 12 months — minimum wage rises, inflation and exchange rate movements do not affect you. Paying monthly involves no commitment; you can cancel at any time. You are always invoiced in the currency you were quoted in.
Prices are converted to euros at a rate of 56.06 and rounded up. You are invoiced in the currency you were quoted in, for the figure stated in your contract.

Where does the range come from?
On most sites the calculator produces its own figure, unconnected to the package prices. The result: the calculator quotes you a number for a lower package that is close to the price of the one above it. The customer quite rightly says “for that money I'll take the bigger package” — and the trust is gone.
So there is a single source of price here: the Packages page. The calculator does not make up a new figure; it widens the package price with your answers into a range. The top of that range always stays below the price of the package above it.
Three things set the range: the size of the house, its garden and its pool. Your location is not one of them — we work with our own team in every district, so distance does not change the price. We give the firm price after seeing the house at the free survey — and once given, we don't change it.
What affects the price at the survey?
- House size: The checklist stays the same, but it takes longer to work through.
- Garden: The irrigation lines, lawn area and number of trees determine the maintenance time.
- Pool: Chemical monitoring and pump servicing are a separate specialism and a separate line.
- Visit frequency: The single biggest factor. One visit a week means four times the visits of one a month.
- How you pay: Annual prepayment carries a 5% discount; paying monthly involves no commitment.
