- General state of the garden, signs of drought or flooding
- Letterbox fullness and official notices left at the door
- Notices from the complex or building management
- 8–12 dated photographs
Reporting
- PDF report within six hours of the visit ending
- Delivered by email and WhatsApp
- Immediate phone call for any urgent finding

We write down what is not included too. A surprise invoice ends trust.
