Scope
Everything in Full Check — at twice the frequency
- The full 28-point interior and exterior checklist, completed on every visit
- Water meter reading, leak scan, humidity measurement and ventilation
- Doors, windows, shutters and forced-entry checks
- Post, official notices and anything left at the door
- A time-stamped photo report after every visit — 2 reports a month
New in this package: small jobs done on the visit
- Bulbs, socket covers, hinges and door handles replaced
- Traps cleared, drain strainers cleaned, washers replaced
- Air-conditioning filter cleaning
- Boiler pressure set, radiators bled and visually checked
- Limescale removed from shower heads and tap aerators
- Shutters, blinds and doors lubricated
- These are done by our own team on the visit, at no extra charge
- Anything needing a tradesperson falls outside this — it is managed as set out below
New in this package: managing the repairs
- Every finding that needs maintenance or repair is written up separately in the report
- We collect quotes from several tradespeople and put the options to you
- You decide which job goes ahead; nothing starts without your approval
- The tradesperson is called, scheduled, let in and supervised on site
- A photo handover report is sent when the work is finished
- You pay the tradesperson and materials directly; they are not in the package price

- Lawn mowing — once a month through the season
- Drip irrigation line checked and unblocked
- Automatic irrigation programme adjusted to the season
