1. Parties

BUYER: the natural or legal person who declares their identity and contact details on the order form.
2. Subject of the agreement
The subject of this agreement is the periodic property inspection, maintenance and management services ordered electronically by the BUYER through the site. The characteristics, scope and price of the service are stated on the relevant package or service page and in the order summary.
3. Service price and payment
- — Prices are in Turkish lira and include VAT
- — For subscription services the fee is collected monthly, with no minimum term
- — You may instead pay for 12 months up front and receive a 5% discount; if you terminate early, the unused months are refunded
- — For one-off services the fee is collected before the service is performed
- — Payment is made by credit card or bank transfer through a contracted payment institution
- — Card details are not stored by the SELLER
4. Performance of the service
For subscription services the first visit takes place within 5 working days of approval of the quote. The visit schedule is set according to the package and notified to the BUYER in advance.
In cases of force majeure (adverse weather, natural disaster, inability to access the property) a visit may be postponed; the postponement is notified to the BUYER and the visit is made up within the same billing period.
5. Right of withdrawal
The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days before performance of the service begins. Notice of withdrawal is sent to the email address given on the site.
Under art. 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services whose performance has begun with the BUYER's consent. Where a service has been partly performed, the value of the part performed is offset.
6. Term and termination
- — Subscription agreements run for an indefinite term; there is no minimum commitment
- — The agreement continues month by month until it is terminated
- — The BUYER may terminate at any time, without giving a reason; any prepaid but unused period is refunded within 14 days
- — The SELLER may terminate with 30 days' notice where performance becomes impossible
- — On termination, keys may be collected from our office immediately; if the BUYER asks for delivery to their address, they are returned against a written record within one calendar day at most, depending on location
7. Dispute resolution
For disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER's place of residence have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
