Most competitors say “request a quote”. We publish the price of four packages. Those figures are approximate: a small flat can come in under them, a villa with a large garden above them. Platinum, our top package, has no list price because you build the scope yourself; there the price is drawn up for you after the survey. Either way the firm price is given after the free survey and does not change afterwards.

Your price is fixed: the figure in your contract does not change for at least 12 months — minimum wage rises, inflation and exchange rate movements do not affect you. Paying monthly involves no commitment; you can cancel at any time. You are always invoiced in the currency you were quoted in.
Prices are converted to euros at a rate of 56.06 and rounded up. You are invoiced in the currency you were quoted in, for the figure stated in your contract.

Build the scope yourself if none of them fits
There is no reason to pay for garden care if you have no garden, or pool care if you have no pool. In Platinum, our most premium package, every service we offer sits on a menu: you pick the scope line by line and we settle the price together after the free survey.

Do you want anyone entering the house?
If not, your answer is Exterior Check. You can start without handing over keys and upgrade once you trust us.
Do you have a pool?
If so, Villa Premium. Pool care is not included in the other packages; it is added as a separate line.
Do you rent your home out?
If you do, Platinum. Guest welcome, check-in preparation and check-out inspection exist only in this package. You build the scope from the menu, and the price is drawn up for you after the survey.
None of the above?
Care Plus if you have a garden, Full Check if you don't. Care Plus is the most chosen package.
