- Removing dust covers, dusting and vacuuming
- Cleaning kitchen cupboards, worktops and the inside of appliances
- Starting the fridge and removing odours
- Disinfecting bathrooms and WCs, clearing traps and drains
- Cleaning windows and glass on the inside
- Making up the beds (with your own linen)
- Turning on water and electricity, first-run check of the plumbing
What do you get?
- A before/after photo handover report
- A list of faults and missing items found
- A house where the fridge runs, the hot water is ready and the air conditioning is tested
What you should know
- — Detergents and cleaning materials are included in the price.
- — For homes over 200 m² the time and price are set at the survey.
- — Free once a year on Care Plus and above.
The price drops if you book more than one job
The prices here are for customers taking a single service as a one-off. If you have two or more jobs done at the same time, or you are on one of our subscription packages, the cost comes down because the team completes several jobs in one visit. In that case we put together a better price for you and send it over.
Prices can also go up with the size of the house and the scope of the work; the firm figure is always settled after a survey or an on-site assessment.
