- Closing the mains water valve and draining the system
- Applying an odour barrier to traps and drains
- Emptying and cleaning the fridge, leaving the door ajar
- Unplugging appliances and electronics
- Switching off unnecessary circuits
- Covering furniture and placing moisture absorbers
- Checking shutters, roller blinds and window locks
- Storing garden furniture and moving pots under cover
- Cleaning gutters and checking rainwater drainage
What do you get?
- The winterising checklist as carried out (signed)
- A closing water meter reading — compared at the spring opening
- A photo closing report
What you should know
- — If there is a pool, 'Pool Winterising' must be booked separately.
- — Dehumidifiers and chemical moisture absorbers are not included.
The price drops if you book more than one job
The prices here are for customers taking a single service as a one-off. If you have two or more jobs done at the same time, or you are on one of our subscription packages, the cost comes down because the team completes several jobs in one visit. In that case we put together a better price for you and send it over.
Prices can also go up with the size of the house and the scope of the work; the firm figure is always settled after a survey or an on-site assessment.

The closing checklist is done every year — plus two visits a month, a photo report and a checklist.
Your price is fixed: the figure in your contract does not change for at least 12 months — minimum wage rises, inflation and exchange rate movements do not affect you. Paying monthly involves no commitment; you can cancel at any time. You are always invoiced in the currency you were quoted in.
Prices are converted to euros at a rate of 56.06 and rounded up. You are invoiced in the currency you were quoted in, for the figure stated in your contract.
